Paraglider, Speed Wing, PPC Chute and Kite Replacement Lines

We participate in a sport with spinning props, hot mufflers, and vulnerable lines; Hey, things happen. When it does, know that Airtoyz Ultralight Aviation has the skills, equipment, materials, techniques, training and experience to make duplicates of your damaged lines for any model of paraglider, speed wing, PPC chute or kite.

We stock Kevlar and Dynema (Spectra) sheathed and unsheathed bulk line spools from several brands including Edelrid, Liros, Cousin, and Teijin and have the skills to sew sheathed line loops or fid unsheathed line loops and connections that equal or exceed the original glider manufacturer's performance.

We keep up-to-date on new model line charts and have an extensive collection of glider line charts going back to the late 90's! However, there are some defunct manufacturers that never provided charts and some current manufacturers that either won't provide them or don't update them when they make changes. In the mostly rare instances, we may ask you to send in the damaged line, or the opposite line if broken, so that we can create a copy.

Old lines are never exactly the same as new lines, they have usually either shrunk or stretched a little bit and don't have the same elasticity. If your glider is more than 2 years old and you have damaged more than 6 main lines on one side it is strongly suggested that you send your wing in so we can make direct copies and possibly swap some lines from side to side to prevent "new side"/"old side" symmetry and elasticity differences which may cause a slight to moderate turn in the wing.

While we do our best to keep a large inventory of line stock, we cannot possibly carry every line for every glider. Therefore, we will always do our best to match your original line type, weight-rating, diameter, and color. If we do not have an exact match in stock, we will first equal or exceed the weight-rating with the same type, then the color, and finally, diameter.

• You will be emailed a Square invoice for the number of lines ordered.
• Once the invoice is paid your lines will usually be made within 2 days.
• Your new lines will be shipped to you via UPS Ground.

Paraglider and Upper PPC Chute Lines: $20 each (includes UPS Ground shipping).

Lower PPC Chute Lines: $30 each (includes UPS Ground shipping).

PPC Chute Brake/Steering Lines: $110 each (May take up to 2 weeks, includes UPS Ground shipping).

Paraglider Unsheathed Lines: $30 each (includes UPS Ground shipping).

Performance Designs and Quantum PPC Chute Sewn-Together Flat Braided Spectra Line Repair Grafting: $20 each (chute must be at Airtoyz).

Performance Designs and Quantum PPC Chute Sewn-Together Flat Braided Spectra Line Replacement: $40 each (chute must be at Airtoyz).
